How Stripes work: earning your way to The Disciplinest.
Stripes are earned through daily discipline in The Disciplinest. How you earn them, the five levels from Starter to The Disciplinest, and why they can’t be bought.
Written by the team behind the platform
- Your day score, your focus tasks and streak days all earn Stripes.
- Five levels: Starter, Committed, Consistent, Relentless and The Disciplinest.
- Stripes never expire and can’t be bought, they only stack up through consistency.
In most apps, points are decoration. In The Disciplinest, Stripes are the proof of what you actually did. Every day of effort adds to a total that only goes up.
01How you earn Stripes
- Your day score: up to 100 Stripes a day.
- Your focus tasks: your one big thing, your learning and your three priorities together give up to 40 Stripes.
- A streak day: 12 of your 13 habits gives a bonus of 10 Stripes.
- A full week: seven streak days in a row, Monday to Sunday, adds 50 more.

02The five levels
Like stripes on a belt, Stripes show how far you have come. You start as a Starter. At 1,000 Stripes you become Committed, at 5,000 Consistent and at 15,000 Relentless. At 50,000 you earn the title that gives the platform its name: The Disciplinest.
03Why you can’t buy them
Stripes don’t expire and they can’t be bought or transferred. That keeps them honest. The only way up is the same for everyone: show up, day after day.
